I stayEd in aiN's houSe last nite. some times, it's gOOd to be in POntian. Buke POse (eventhough i dah start raye) kat kedai ketupat. In Pontian there's this one stall that sells ketupat all year round except on hari raye iTself. sO wE caLLed iT "kedai ketupat". located next to pontian's main road and just oPPosite Hospital pontian- a very stratigic location. They only sells ketupat and nasi lemak (i think. the ketupats are supeRb,aIn cakaP teh tarIk dia sedaP, cozY enviromenT, owneR dia pUn friendlY.. what more do u expect?? yesteRday, the place was packed with HungRy people, ramai gak org tanjung bin. i Saw abG nizam & familY, iZa & kicaP, bebudaK RT from Tosh and a few other. You see "tanJunG biN people" everYwhere iF u'Re in POntian. Bought a neW, cheap and worth it Handphone for raye. It's high time for me to change to a new one. Hp lama dah beribu kali jatUh kat site.

I was wRong... Yasmin aHmaD came up with a last minute iklan raya fer petronas. This year she's featuring sHarIfah Armani as the main actor. she was good. i read in yasmin's Blog that Armani is YAsmin's Golden Child.. "her very oWn Audrey HepburN".kudoS to yAsmin.

UsuallY raye time is mY faV time tO waTcH tV. i'M not a tV persOn, but who can avoid thoSe festive advertisements on tV ? Tapi tahun nih tak banyak iklan baRu. Banyak yang recycle. Fer exaMple iklaN suparjO.. "ikan dilaUt, aSam didarat, dalam periuk bertemu jua..."
tapi ade gak iklan yanG Cute .. contohnye iklan kereta lembu..ouR aDvertising iCon "YasmiN ahMad" seems to be verY quiet laTEly. maybe dia dah menang banyak award and tak sempat nak buat iklan tV dah.buT YasMin sure Rocks ..

Raye tahun Nih a bIt duLL. LaGu raye pUn jaranG deNgar On aiR kat radiO. MaYbe becoz of Mama Endon pass away jadi sumer org berkabung.

i've made a few trips to angsana just To catEr for mY raye shopping, baJu raye cukuplaH banyak kaT anGsana. RambanG gaK maTe, nasiB baiK imaN KuaT... and luCkilY the bonus is not in yet. iF not it will suREly dah habis before raye.

yEsTErday ipin called nak dekat time berbuka..he was stucked in da jem nak balik kajang. i was too tired to chat on da fone at that time. feLt bad lak and i think i'll make up to him nanti bile balik kajang. This year tak berbuke ngan ipin lagik. sOon he'll get married and i can't spend those fun times wiF him anYmore.*sOb..Sob..sOb*

i haven't bought my tiket balik kampung. hopefully it's still available at the counter. iF not tak tau nak balik macam mana. mAk asked me to hitch a hike kat tol... "suRE RamaI YaNG traVEl from JB to kL".. sesUke je maK...we'll see how... kalau sesUsaH saNgat, i'LL go bacK by train. dA whole site dah in da raya mood.

mY "otak seminiT" plan seems to work. i went back to kl straight from work. yup.. sehelai sepinggang.. i haf tonnes of cloths waiting fer me in my parents house so i didn't bother packing. amir send me to larkin *thanks* . took a bus and now i'm in bangi. 1:30am and still surfing the net. abah's down with fever. mak fetched me up kat serdang. boy... i surely gave them a big suprise.mak is a bit worried though, she knows her daughter really well. i tend to saturate easily. Lately i've been telling her that i'm in no mood to be in tanjung bin and how much i missed home..etc. and suddenly i'm back in bangi.. mau dia tak risau. she must be damn worried that i'll do some stoopid decision such as quitting and changing job without giving proper toughts to it(which i often do...*wink*) ... i just give mak a big Mischievous smile and that makes mak lagi risau.all i can say is don't worry.. whatever pun, it will be after bonus... *wink*

now's 2:30am....che just called, planned fer tomorrow's shopping's spree before dia balik umah in-laws in perak. i haf to be back at site on saturday. luckilY now bulan pose, if not me and che will be stuffing ourself with forbidden food all day long. i think i'll buzz dice fer late coffee tomorrow. thinking of catching up things wif ipin.jarang² cuti rase mcm nak wake up late....a lot of things to do and yet so little time. i haf to wait and see what life would be like tomorrow..chiao

BeinG verY exciteD to receive call from home (which now seems to be on dailY basis oR at least onCe in two daYs... daMn ...maXis mUst be verY riCh now...) i let the fone rang a while and decided to call maK back ...

mak's voice sounded lonely ...she's not used to be home alone ... dulu rumah packed with all her kids.. now aLia and janIE kat uPm, adLi in HuKm, kak iJaH and faMily not forgetting babY arief in selayang anD me far away in Jb... maU tak sUnYi. Abah lak now daH Join jemaah suraU-Alhamdulillah "bak kata MaK".... hehehee...

maK starTed to enlighten me on what i missed during the weekend...

• she started with babY arief beinG home story.now mY babY is fuLly utilizing his fEEt. He's all over neneK's house, naik tangga turun tangga- with da help of mama iYa and mama janie ...
• then mak goes on... mengumpat abah lak.heheheheh. now abah seems to be very comfortable with his surau colleague.Sampai pukuL 12 mlm.No wonder mak's lonely ... aFtEr maGhrib & isyaK prayers, da jemaaH would haf their dailY mamak session... cian mak tak dpt ikot....mak kata kalau ina balik bangi sure dah takde chance nak lepak fer our usual late nite coffee ngan abaH cZ now he got his new friends... gooD fer abah though...
• mak told me about "da cheekY iya " .. mak kata iya is getting cheekier by the day .. she's all excited about her assigmnet which needs her to interview an Engineer.. and being iya ... she knows how to make her life easier ... she decided to interview me fer a change. tomorrow's her presentation ... mak gelak² cite pasal cheeky iya ...
• mak continued about janie ... now my youngest sister seems to be in luRve with megat ... and really close with megat's mummy ... three of them went b'buke pose the other day... 18 and already in lUrve ??? me ?? 27 and no sign of it .. LuckilY mak didn't touch on that sensitive issue... if not it will go on and on .. and on .. sampai sahor pun tak habis...
• i told mak that i came accross aJare's blogspot.. mak asked a lot of QUestion on ajare wHich i don't haf any answer fer it.....
• mak send moreh kat surah ... banyak gak mak masak ...

mY ears are hot...it was fun to haf our dailY mother-daughter conversation... this month's hP bill will surely kill me .. mooahhSs mamitO...

far² awaY frOm hoMe...

zamaN² pose nih, far away from da family.. it can be lonely at times. Thanks to the cUrrent-state-of the art technologies nowdays.. we got handphones, mms, sms, email and not to forget snailmail.... At least terubat sikit windo kat kampung halaman. Nak dekat berbuke, selalu call mamito, papito, iya, janie, li, kak ijah and sometimes baby arief....At least berselara gak nak bebuke sesorang.

Teringat last year awal² pose... i was selling air tembikai kat pasar ramadan pantai dalam... sampai time gile... akoo ... gile betol...walaupun da business lasted less then 10 days, it was fun. Just to get da feel of "berniage di pasar ramadan". 1st day takde untung.. Hujan ... but as it turn to day 3, da turn over was really good. Tapi as usual.. "hangat² tahi ayam, by the 5th day, kemalasan melanda... wheather pun was not on our side, dok ujan. we all sumer kat hillpark dah malas nak blend temBikai. Our share partner sumer dok sibok nak swimming after berbuke. Somewhere around the 9th day, our business tutup... but it was worth the expecience....

Last year i came to Pontian on the 15th of Ramadan..now 2 years in a row b'pose di perantauan.. bak kaat Dice.. "perantauan konon".. to me.. as long as i'm not with my family i consider myself as berada di perantauan....

JB & Bangi is not that far but since the case og my missing"GTi"..it's really troublesome to catch the bus. Not to mention my charade. I'm not sure it can make it to Melaka in one piece.

Last saturday, bebudak myspace Jb ade gathering berbuke pose kat Danga Bay. I think i'm tOoo oLd for this oNline gathering kindda thing, but dari berbuke pose sesorang better i join da group. iLa, noh, lia, ain kecik and bahar was there.. i was there just fer da food. And yup it pRoves me rite.. i'm tOo olD fer this kindda thing...

haRi rayE's Just around da Corner ... tahon nih mak abaH decided not to hantar card raye family to relatives and friends... oUr familY tradition tahon nih tak diteroskan ... gambar sumer dah siap... last² tak jadi wat card raye...everYbody was a bit dissapointed .. but nak wat camne ... mammito & papito may overrule everything....anyway... it was a big event mase nak amik gambar nak wat card raye.. everybody was there ... sume bergaye ngan baju raye... theme color tahon nih kelabu .. so everybody cut short and decided to pakai baju mase kenduri kawen kak ijah ... highlight of the event as usual was mY BAby arief ... babY mama Na nih cute gileR wiF his bajU raye... babY arief was distracted and excited tengok studio... he refuses to wear his songkok.. angin gak ummi dia... alhamdulillah da picture turned out to be superb except for minor flaws here and there...pitty it won't be in our card raye..however .. it was worth it...
